• Enquiries: sorted and answered from the knowledge base. A person approves before it is sent.
• Applications and forms: keyed into the CRM in seconds.
• Signed documents: filed and logged in the right system.
• Old leads: followed up until the live ones surface.
• Market news: watched and summed up in a regular briefing.

If a team copies data between systems or builds the same report every week, that is a fit too. Each page shows how the agent works. Send the link to the person you are introducing.

What you will do

• Spot businesses still doing work manually: re-keying invoices, sorting enquiries, copying data between systems, building reports.
• Check two things before you tell us: they have a real problem and they have budget to fix it.
• Send us the business name first. Within a day or two we confirm that we do not already know them and that we want the introduction.
• Make the introduction, by email or in person.
• Step back. We qualify, scope, price and build. You do not deliver anything.

What you get

• A one-pager and a short briefing, so you can explain what we do in two sentences.
• A ready-to-forward introduction email. Add one line and send it.
• Your own Scout number, so every introduction is credited to you.
• If they sign within 12 months of your introduction, you still get paid.
• Updates on each introduction, from first call to signed or lost.
• We treat your contact like our own client. If it is not a fit, we tell them quickly and politely.
• No cost to join. Non-exclusive.
• No quota, no CRM to update, no Monday sales meeting.

• You know business owners, operators or managers who trust your judgement.
• You can tell when a business is buried in manual work.
• You can explain what we do in plain words, without overselling it.
• You only introduce people you would introduce anyway. Your name is on it too.
• You have a day job, a consulting practice or your own business. Good.
• Founders, consultants, salespeople, accountants, IT vendors, operators. Your background matters less than how much people trust you.
