We scope, build and hand over a working automation in about three weeks. The scope is fixed before we start. The fee is fixed. You own the workflow, the infrastructure accounts and all documentation on delivery. Most clients start with one workflow, the one costing the most time, and add more from there.

Yes. Most of our clients have no dedicated technology team. For single-workflow builds, the internal requirement is minimal: access credentials and someone who can answer questions about the process. For the Technology Strategy engagement, we effectively become your technology function for the duration.
Automation builds are fixed-fee. The exact number depends on scope: number of systems integrated, complexity of the workflow, number of edge cases to handle. The ongoing infrastructure to run a workflow typically costs between $100 and $200 per month regardless of volume. Technology Strategy engagements are scoped and priced per engagement. Get in touch and we will give you a direct answer.
Possibly. It depends on the platform and how it was built. If you have an existing automation on n8n or a similar orchestration tool, we can usually take it over. Send us the details and we will be direct about whether it is feasible.
For workflows we built and handed over: we provide support during an initial period after go-live. For managed service clients: we handle it. Monitoring and maintenance are part of the service.
