Yes. Most clients do not have one. We provide system access requirements, handle the build and integration and document everything so you are never dependent on a particular person to keep it running.
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, for BUILD engagements. LEAD is scoped per engagement based on the work involved. RUN is a managed service fee on top of the underlying automation.
In most cases, yes. We review what exists, confirm it is stable and bring it under the same monitoring and exception handling as anything we build ourselves.
Every build includes a hypercare period after go-live. After that, since you own everything, you can run it yourself or keep us on under RUN for ongoing monitoring and fixes.
