Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging TenthNode's consultancy and implementation services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors and clients.

TenthNode provides AI automation consultancy and implementation services for operators in the living sector, including build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation and hospitality. Our Services include workflow automation design, system integration, AI implementation and related technology advisory.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging with us.
• Use any information obtained through our Services to harm third parties.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of TenthNode or others.

The specific scope, pricing, timelines and terms of any consultancy or implementation engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or engagement agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Statement of Work, the Statement of Work shall prevail.

Our Services may involve the use of or integration with third-party platforms, tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TenthNode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable Statement of Work. Upon termination, all outstanding deliverables and obligations shall be governed by that agreement. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable Statement of Work or engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and TenthNode regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
