Brand & Content Marketing Intern
Yes, you will hit publish. Make AI agents at work make sense to people who have never opened a prompt box. Your name on published work.
This is not the internship where you manage the social calendar.
We do not have a social calendar. We have a story nobody has told well yet, and two founders who need help telling it.
Most people still do not know what "AI agents for operations" means. Your job is to make it obvious.
What we are building
TenthNode builds AI agents that take manual work off operations teams: the tickets, the spreadsheets, the copy-paste between systems and the "just following up" emails.
We started in property and hospitality, where the founders spent their careers. The same work shows up in every business that runs on people and systems. We are early, so whatever you build or write gets used.
What you will actually do
- Turn the founders' war stories from property, hospitality and the public sector into content busy people actually read. There is a lot of material.
- Write, shoot and publish: LinkedIn posts, carousels, short video, a newsletter and long-form articles. Your name on real work, seen by real decision makers.
- Make "AI agents in operations" make sense to someone who has never opened a prompt box.
- Use AI tools in your workflow every day, and know when to overrule them.
- Sit in on client conversations, then turn what you hear into stories.
- Fix our website copy when it is not good enough. It will not be good enough.
What you will learn
- How operations really run, from founders who spent their careers running them.
- How B2B buyers think when they are busy, sceptical and have seen every vendor pitch. You will hear it first-hand in client conversations.
- What building a brand from zero looks like when you are the one doing it.
- Zero admin-hell skills. Sorry.
Who you are
- You write well and can prove it: a blog, a newsletter, a LinkedIn that does not read like LinkedIn.
- You make things. Video, carousels, design, anything with a link we can click.
- You have taste. You can tell good from good enough, and you care about the gap.
- You already live in AI tools and have opinions about them.
- You are curious about how businesses actually run.
- You want a portfolio of published work, not a logo on your CV.
You can shoot and edit video end to end, you have made something that ranked or went mildly viral, or you have rewritten a bad brochure for fun.
Make us look good.We will make you look better.
