No. Most of our clients have no dedicated technology function. We handle the full build: scoping, architecture, integrations, testing and go-live. You need to provide credentials for the relevant systems and someone who can answer questions about your processes. That is it.
For a standard single-workflow build, three weeks from engagement to go-live is consistent across our deployments. The first week is scoping and design. The second is build and integration. The third is testing and launch. More complex engagements covering multiple workflows take longer, but we scope that clearly upfront.
The build is a fixed-fee engagement. Scope, timeline and price are agreed before we start. The ongoing infrastructure to run a workflow typically costs between $100 and $200 per month for most operators, regardless of volume. There are no per-transaction fees on the automation layer itself.
